This is version 4 and it support 5.50 gen++ custom firware.
download the file and extract it with winrar put vsh,spoofmac,spoofversion,sysconf_spoofer.prx on seplugins folder.
note:if you already have vsh.txt copy the line ms0:/seplugins/sysconf_spoofer.prx 1
After reboot your psp and enable it from your recovery menu....
You can type anything you like on the spoofMAC and spoofVersion.
